| Job Information |
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares and cooks food for patients, residents, and staff. Cleans cooking areas. Abides by food safety protocols in preparing, storing, cooling, and cooking foods.
• Performs assigned cleaning and cooking duties
• Maintains and stocks
• Internal and external customer service
• All other duties or responsibilities as assigned

| Qualifications |
• Current Food Handler’s Certification or Serv Safe Certification
• Knowledge in food handling
• 1 year experience working as a cook
• Current BLS Certification (Required within 3 months of hire)
