Job: Ultrasound Tech II (FT)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Diagnostic Services, performs diagnostic Ultrasound (US) examinations including OB/GYN as well as abdominal and vascular studies with a caring, professional attitude and attention to detail.
Coordinates patient schedules and performs related clerical duties as needed.
Is responsible to take on call duty.
Prepares procedures for interpretation by obtaining correct patient histories and processing the images.
Performs other related duties as deemed necessary by the Director of Diagnostic Services.

Certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) in abdominal, OB/GYN, RVT vascular studies required
Three years full time employment as an Ultrasound Technologist
Current CPR certification.
