The Family Health Center proudly serves individuals from infancy through all stages of life. From preventive screenings and wellness exams to specialty referrals, chronic condition management, and support navigating a complex healthcare system, our goal is to meet your needs at every step. What makes our clinic unique is the wide range of specialty services offered under one roof, creating a true “one-stop” experience that improves access and makes it easier to prioritize your health amid life’s many demands.
Monday – Saturday 8:00AM to 5:30PM.
Walk-in patient cutoff is 4:30PM.
BVCHD’s Mobile Health Clinic launched in September 2025 to support underserved communities in the area. Currently, the clinic’s focus is Lucerne Valley. Services include primary care, flu vaccine access, etc.
First and third Thursday of every month
10AM to 3PM (closed for a one-hour lunch break from Noon to 1PM)

We gladly accept PPO Insurance, Medicare, MediCal, Molina, IEHP, and private-pay clients. There is a substantial discount to patients who pay at the time of service.
