The 2024 Community Health Fair will be held May 18 in the Bear Valley Community Healthcare District parking lot from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Sponsored by the Bear Valley Community Healthcare District and Lutheran Social Services of Southern California, the event will feature several vendor booths highlighting general health and mental health services, as well as community organizations, service groups and resources. Food, raffles and activities await you at the 2024 Big Bear Valley Community Health Fair.

Vendor Instructions
Setup: Vendor setup is between 7:30 – 8:30 a.m.
(Please do your best to have vehicles and collateral cleared out by 8:30 a.m.)
Please bring your own popup tent. Tables and chairs will be provided.
Breakdown: You may begin breaking down your booths at
3 p.m.
Lunch: Hotdogs will be provided to all vendors and
guests while supplies last from approximately 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Prizes: Don’t forget to bring a raffle prize of
$20-$40 value from your organization. These will be raffled off throughout the
day.
Interpreter: BVCHD will have a Spanish speaker on
hand that can be used as needed. She can interpret and translate.
There will be chalked spaces and numbers indicating the
approximate location of your booth, which you will be assigned upon arrival at
the check-in table along with a map. We have limited power resources near the
site but have done our best to place those that requested power as close to
outlets as we can. It may be wise to bring your own extension cords.
