Swing Bed Care is designed to facilitate short term skilled nursing care when you are not quite ready to return home. Swing Bed Care assists you in your recovery and rehabilitation by providing personalized care with excellent staffing ratios.

Swing Bed Care can easily be transitioned to home health, supportive home care, meal assistance, alternative living arrangements and other community services, or family help.

Swing Bed Care may be paid for with Medicare or private pay insurance with prior approval. Your physician’s office can assist in acquiring insurance approval for Swing Bed Care.
