Free Pediatric Vaccine Clinic

These vaccines are supplied by the Vaccines for Children Program operated by the California Department of Public Health, Immunization Branch.

Vaccines offered: Polio, DTaP, Tdap, Hep B, MMR, Varicella
(chicken pox), HPV,  COVID-19

To be eligible, children must be 18 years of age or younger and meet any one of the following criteria:

1. Eligible for Medi-Cal (including Medi-CalManaged Care Plans)
2. Uninsured
3. American Indian or Alaskan Native
4. Underinsured (example: PPO insurance covers specific vaccines or does not cover vaccines at all.)
