These vaccines are supplied by the Vaccines for Children Program operated by the California Department of Public Health, Immunization Branch.
Vaccines offered:

Tdap | Hep B |
| MMR | Varicella
(chicken pox) |
HPV | COVID-19 |
To be eligible, children must be 18 years of age or younger and meet any one of the following criteria:
- Eligible for Medi-Cal (including Medi-Cal Managed Care Plans)
- Uninsured
- American Indian or Alaskan Native
- Underinsured (example: PPO insurance covers specific vaccines or does not cover vaccines at all.)
